1. Sport fishing charters aboard the Dandy Lion run out of Bayhead or the Long Beach Island and Point Pleasant areas.  Upon booking your charter, you and the Captain can determine the best location for pick-up.
2. No illegal substances are allowed on board, and doing so will result in the boat returning to the dock.  No refund will be given, and all offenses will be reported to the Coast Guard.
3. Canned beer is the only alcoholic beverage that may be brought on board.  No glass bottles, hard liquor or wine is permitted.  If the Captain determines a party member is intoxicated, the boat will return to the dock and no refund will be provided.
4. Do not wear black-soled shoes on board the Dandy Lion.  Boating shoes or sneakers are permitted.
5. No firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted on board.
6. All Billfish and non-Mako sharks will be tagged and released.

Rates
Our rates for 2006 are as follows:

1. Inshore:                  $750
2. Offshore:                 $1,800
3. Shark:                     $1,100
4. Canyon (overnight): $2,500

Tackle, bait and ice are included in the trip cost.

A 50% deposit is required and must be received within 10 days of booking your trip or the date you reserved will be released.  The remainder is due in cash prior to leaving the dock on the day of your charter.  Deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by Sunshine Charters for inclement weather, mechanical failures or other reasons deemed appropriate by the Captain.  In such a situation, every effort will be made to reschedule the charter on another available date.  If no dates are available that work for both parties, the deposit will be refunded.

Please remember your Mate!  A 15%-20% tip is normal and expected.
